You agree that at any time beut LTD and any associated entities may change their service. You further agree that beut LTD shall not be liable to you or any third party for any amendment, suspension, or discontinuation of the service or interruption in access to the beut.co.uk website.

Beut offers secure, encrypted and password-protected on-line shopping facilities for your peace of mind. The padlock will appear in your top address bar when you are inputting secured information.
We accept credit and debit card payment using the Worldpay secure payment gateway. Your data is dealt with by your bank via this gateway and is 100% secure.
We recommend that you enrol for your bank's card protection scheme such as 'Verified by Visa' or 'Mastercard Secure', which protects your card data with your own password. This prevents unauthorised use of your card details for fraudulent internet purchases.
We also accept payment through Paypal.
We only accept payment in British Pound, customers ordering from outside the UK may be charged a surcharge by their card issuing banks for converting Sterling into their local currency, we will not be liable or accountable if this occurs.
If we are unable to fulfill your order either for operational or logistical reasons we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the unfortunate instance of this occurring, you will be notified by email and or phone, as soon as we are aware of not being able to fulfill your order:-your payment will be fully refunded. This includes any pricing errors.
Please note in the case of pricing errors our contract starts post delivery to you.
When you place and order on beut.co.uk, you are fully responsible for ensuring the details provided in the order are accurate, Beut.co.uk will not be responsible for any errors inputted by you. If we become aware of any errors we will contact you as soon as possible for clarification.
If the item that you have ordered is a made-to-order product or is not in stock we will contact you either by telephone or email with an expected delivery date and will contact you again when your item is ready to be dispatched.
Stock items are normally dispatched by return, using courier or first class mail, but please allow 7 business days for receipt.
Bespoke and Made-to-order items will usually be dispatched within 6-8 weeks. You will be kept up to date with your orders progress and of course contacted prior to delivery.
We do not accept returns on made to order, custom made or bespoke items as they has been made individually for you.
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom we advise you to check with the rules of your country before placing an order as we will not be responsible if the product is held by customs in your country. We are not responsible for and cannot refund any customs charges that may be levied on your order.
We describe all products that are available for purchase on beut.co.uk as accurately as possible on their specific product pages.
While we make every effort to ensure that colours are realistic, due to the constraints of printing and digital reproduction:- as on differing browsers and computer hardware we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Please be aware that the actual colours on screen may be different to that of your ordered product.
We take every care to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur. Packaging can also vary from what is shown.
When and item is made from natural products, i.e. wood, leather, bamboo, it is not possible to guarantee items will have exactly the same colour, shade and pattern or finish as items viewed on the website due to the inherent nature of such products.
Each of the glass items available for purchase on our website are unique and as such may be different form the product depicted. Imperfections in handmade glass are considered distinguishing features of craftsman work, which makes each piece unique. Glass undergoes a thermal treatment that may cause some very slight imperfections.
Please note that some products may require assembly. We can arrange for an assembly service if you so desire.

Customers are responsible for providing us with accurate delivery information.
Should a delivery fail repeatedly due to reasons other than faults of our part, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this instance, we will not be able refund the delivery charge to the customer.
You have the right to cancel your non made-to-order or bespoke order before it is delivered to you. You have to do so by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. We will only accept cancellation notification from the same email address of your account.
If you would like to cancel – a made-to-order or bespoke product please contact us and we can contact the designer to see if this is possible, unfortunately, if production has started it may not be possible to cancel after the seven (7) day cooling off period.
You have the right to return damaged goods to us and seek a full refund provided that you follow the return process set out on the website and provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. The process has to be initiated within 48 hours after the delivery of the product and please note that we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.
On receipt of parcel from the courier please sign for product stating that you have not checked the package. – signature and then write Package UNCHECKED.
You will need to keep the original packaging if your item has been damaged in transit.
You also have the right to return the product to us for a refund within 7 working days of delivery of the product provided that you follow the return process set out on the website. You will not be refunded the original delivery charge for undamaged product return and you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund if the product returned is not of satisfactory condition.
All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent amount taken in pounds sterling on the original order. Due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a difference between the refunded amount and the original price.
Many products for sale on beut.co.uk website are bespoke and made-to-order. These products are clearly identified on the beut.co.uk website, but should you be uncertain you are requested to contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 1225 292 088, or email email@example.com quoting the product in which you are interested. Bespoke Products include pieces where the customer selects a specific finish or upholstery.
You have seven (7) working days (“Cooling Off Period”) from the point of order to cancel Bespoke or made to order Products. Thereafter the order is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you would like to alter any aspect of the order, we will attempt to do this for you but may not be able to do so if the item has already entered production.
You are advised to refrain from using any computer / device to make an order if you suspect of the presence of spyware or virus on it.
Please note we advise you to not book in a decorator or tradesperson pre receiving your item. Delays, lost parcels and can occur. Under no circumstances will beut pay for cost of tradespeople due to delay or any other reason.
Equally, we suggest you check all items pre-booking in the decorator for the faults (which are very rare). If you are happy to keep a wallpaper unroll it to check, there is no printing issues prior to hanging. Also make sure your decorator is satisfied. Make sure they follow instructions provided by the supplier.
We provide sufficiently clear instructions on the assembly and use of our products. If a product requires assembly, we will state on each product page. Full assembly instructions are provided in the box with each product. Beut ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or injury suffered as a consequence of the mis-use of our products.

Beut LTD shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Beut Ltd by statute. Beut LTD cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the product description accompanying the product.
We endeavour to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be free of error and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to return the goods to us.
We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or performance resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, demands or requests of government authorities, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, late or defective performance or non-performance by suppliers, transportation disruptions, inability to ship or other causes, beyond our reasonable control.
