Designed by Søren Rose Studio, the Walker Lamp is a famous piece of the Tribeca collection that is renowned for its industrial fashion and fascinating exploration of beautiful old lamps. Like the rest of the Tribeca Series, this light has been inspired by New York City glamour in the late 1930s. The discovery of old lamps and reusable lighting parts throughout the designer’s travels around the states, have influenced the unique curation of the Walker Ceiling/Wall Lamp. The light’s name is reminiscent of the way the light can “walk” up or down the wall.
The piece features a contemporary brass base and stem and a black lampshade that can be adjusted to any position to fulfill your own lighting requirements. Extend the light our horizontally to light up your workspace or desk or rather shine the light towards the wall to create an uplifting glow, to display your finest artwork pieces. Not only can this light be mounted onto the wall, it can also be suspended from the ceiling. Hang in any area of the room to illuminate your desired space. Whether that is up the side of the stairs or above your kitchen table or worktop, the light will produce a dazzling spotlight effect. Use the dimmer function on the cord to set your own comfortable atmosphere.
We believe this lamp would be best complemented by other lighting pieces in the Tribeca Series . This stunning collection originates from leading Danish designers, Menu . What’s more we have curated the finest lighting range for you to explore whilst you are here.
