Mineheart

Launched in 2010 by designers Brendan Young and Vanessa Battaglia, Mineheart takes its name from the Shakespearean English words 'mine' and 'heart', meaning 'my heart'. This expresses their passion to create freely, without restraint. Young and Battaglia take an innovative and playful approach to their designs, working with other talented designers to continue developing uniquely new products. They believe everyday objects we are all surrounded by should be more than just functional; Mineheart believe they should be made of stories, art, poetry and love, creating a meaningful existence.

Their key ethos is to support British manufacturing and design, therefore majority of their products are designed, crafted and assembled in the UK giving Mineheart more control over production to ensure the best quality results. This ability to overlook and control the production process allows for bespoke client pieces to be made in the best and most efficient way. Young and Battaglia are truly passionate about their craft.
