Delivery

Shipping

As soon as we have received your order, we will send it to you as soon as possible. For stock items we aim to send items on a next day service if ordered before 12pm. For non stock items, lead times vary, on our product page we provide a delivery estimate. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.

Mainland UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders over £99.

Orders under £99 are charged at a flat rate of £7.50

We use a combination of DPD, Royal Mail and UPS/TNT tracked 1-2 working days service.

UK Mainland White Glove & Palletised Services (Larger Items)

Within our free delivery service as standard we ship on a palletized service, with an exception for products that are over 240cm (such as large dining tables, Plinths etc.). Palletised means that the item will come fully wrapped and secure on a pallet, delivered via lorry. This reduces the chances of any damage and means that it will be a lot quicker than traditional shipment methods. You will need to bring the product inside yourself as the pallet will be delivered curb-side. Please ask the driver to dispose of the pallet upon delivery (if you do not want it). Please note with palletised deliveries, you may need another person to help you lift the item to your space.


For furniture items, especially heavy and fragile items we suggest a “White Glove” service. This means that your new product is carefully lifted into a room of your choice. This does come at extra cost. We will be in contact with you upon ordering to discuss upgrade options for white glove delivery. Please note we will quote for ground floor – if you require another floor please get in touch.


The default practice of white glove delivery is to take the packaging away with them. Please note that we are unable to accept returns not in the original packaging. We advise that if you are not 100% certain that you will retain the product, ask the delivery drivers to leave all packaging and material behind with you.


You are also obliged to notify us of any access issues, and for larger and heavier items we may be in touch to confirm access with you, including stairs, narrow doorways and lift access. Checks may need to be carried out by our courier prior to delivery, this will be quoted if required.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Standard Isle Of Man & Scottish Highlands and islands: £10.

Channel Island and Isle of Man: £15.

We use a combination of Royal Mail, Yodel and UPS/TNT tracked 2-5 working days service.

UK Islands And Remote (Scottish Highlands) White Glove And Palletised Services

For Scottish highlands, UK Islands and particularly remote areas there may surcharges - we will be touch after order to confirm. Or if you want a quote in advance, please do get in touch. Due the variety of products we sell ( &therefore differing logistical challenges) and scarcity of delivery services we are unable to provide a set price at this time.

Europe 1 (EU) & Ireland Delivery

EU 1 is defined as:

Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden.


Delivery costs to Europe and Ireland are calculated on weight & volume.


Products are classified into four categories:

  • Small Items £14
  • Medium Items £16
  • Large Items £20
  • XL Items £50

Delivery prices will be calculated at the Basket and checkout page.


We use a tracked 2-7 working day courier service.

Europe 2 Delivery

EU 2 is defined as:

Andorra, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Greece, Latvia, San Marino, Slovenia, Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Romania.


Products are classified into four categories:

  • Small Items £20
  • Medium Items £25
  • Large Items £50
  • XL Items £60

Delivery prices will be calculated at the Basket and checkout page.

Europe 3 Delivery

EU 3 is defined as:

Cyprus, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Hungry, Israel, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine.


Products are classified into four categories:

  • Small Items £30
  • Medium Items £45
  • Large Items £90
  • XL Items £150

Delivery prices will be calculated at the Basket and checkout page.

International Delivery

International shipping is calculated on weight & volume.


We use a tracked UPS/TNT 4-7 working day service.


USA & Canada:

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Small Items £50
  • Medium Items £60
  • Large Items £100
  • XL Items £200

Rest of the World:

  • Small Items £50

Please be aware that INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES can incur additional postage costs based on the final weight and size of packages. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of any additional costs, the final cost cannot unfortunately be calculated until your order has been placed. We may in some instances be in the position of refunding excess postage costs as well. We do our best to absorb any charges over and above our standard rates.


Please note for furniture items we can currently only offer a curbside palletised service.

Important Information

  • Bespoke and made to order products have a longer delivery time – this will specified on the product page
  • Sometimes delivery of larger/heavier items to the far-flung parts of the UK can incur extra postage charges. We will contact you after your order is placed to discuss or if you would like to talk to us before you order please contact mailto:customerservices@beut.co.uk
  • When buying for international delivery please be aware that you may be liable for customs charges in your country, these vary greatly from country to country and will need to be paid directly to the courier company before they deliver your parcel, beut is not responsible for any customs charges.
  • Standard Delivery Charges are based on 4 rolls of wallpaper – 5kg dead weight or 9kg volumetric weight
  • Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure as to any aspect of your order- size, condition, colour as we would love it that you love your purchase as much as we do.
  • We try to give you accurate lead times for products, they are based on the best available information given to us by our suppliers at the time of purchase, we will notify you of any delays as soon as we become aware of them.
  • Furniture deliveries are made using either our courier companies or a local courier company – this is a one-man service so we can only deliver to your front door. If you would like a bespoke service please contact us.
  • Sometimes our furniture is not suitable for international delivery. Delivery of furniture may take slightly longer than standard parcels we will inform you of lead times on receipt of your order
  • Wallpaper delivery for our non made to order wallpaper we aim to deliver within 7 days, bespoke and made to order can take longer please see the product pages for details.
  • If you need large amounts (over 10 rolls of one type of paper ) you may need to work with longer lead times, contact us customerservices@beut.co.uk to discuss.
  • Customs charges – beut ltd is not responsible for any customs charges that may be made in the customers’ country – the customer is completely responsible for these charges.

Delivery Partners

We use a combination of delivery companies on the size and weight of your parcel, Royal Mail, TNT, Yodel, UPS and local companies.


The courier companies – TNT, Yodel, and UPS are all tracked services, if you are not in to receive your parcel they will leave you a card that will give you contact details to rearrange delivery.


Royal mail or your countries equivalent mail service will, if unable to deliver your parcel leave a card, you will be able to collect your parcel from your local delivery office.


If your parcel is not able to be delivered to you and is returned to us, we will re-arrange delivery for you for the cost of delivery - £4.95 standard or at cost for over £50 orders. Furniture and large items may incur a storage charge from the transport company this will have to be paid before redelivery.

White Glove

Please note we may "white glove" certain furniture pieces or fragile items. This means that your new product is carefully lifted into a room of your choice. The default practice of white glove delivery is to take the packaging materials away with them. Please note that we are unable to accept returns not in the original packaging. So, we advise: if you are not 100% certain that you will retain the product ask the delivery drivers to leave all packaging materials behind with you.

Insurance

We insure that each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
