In light of the current Covid-19 situation we wanted to keep all our customers up to date with the measures we are taking at beut to combat its impact.
We have been in constant contact with our manufactures and we are frequently assessing the situation as it develops.
As it currently stands, all factories have been largely running normally with deliveries being shipped within planned lead times. More crucially, we have been re-assured that best practice from a hygiene, health and safety standpoint has been followed.
On the beut end, we take the safety of our workers and the public very seriously. Our customer service and office teams are working from home. We are getting better at home working by the day, but naturally, our processes are not perfect. We are running a skeleton warehouse team, that being said we are largely keeping up with orders. We have had some spikes in orders which have put us behind estimated lead times by a few days. However, for vast majority of deliveries are to schedule.
We anticipate there will be some delays, which will be communicated to customers as needed and added to the specific product page.
Of course, we will keep you updated as the situation changes (should it be needed). If you do however have any concerns please do call or email our customer services team.
